Bridging the Divide

Bridging the Divide - Annapolis, MD

See this content in the original post

I love watching the night give way to early morning light. It is truly magical. The spectrum of colors simply amaze and the quickly changing light creates different moods by the minute. The world wakes up and the few moments when you see the day before you still connected to last calm slumber of night are breathtaking.

As I looked out over this bay scene toward the Chesapeake Bay Bridge, the connection between the actual bridge and the transition between night and day became obvious to me. So much of our lives are based in some form of connection - bridge - between disparate actions, relationships, ideas, etc. We become better and happier, when we succeed in bridging those divides.
