Paris is known as the City of Lights. As the sun descends and the lights of the city come alive, the city transforms. It becomes a magical tapestry of light and color. The earliest part of this transformation is the most magical to me. From this high vantage point you can see the lit sky and the glow emerging between the buildings and in the windows all at once.
For about twenty minutes this blend leaves the observer entranced just before the night takes over and the teaming city buzzes below.
